It's also lightweight, which makes it easy to move around the house during nap time and for travelling.
It's made from soft materials and features breathable mesh sides to promote airflow. It's available in oak and charcoal and comes with a variety of melange fabrics that are compatible with all decor styles. Anna found it solid and secure when it was attached to her bed with the legs firmly snapping into the bed and the zips secured for baby-safety. It took her about 10 minutes to assemble it and didn't require tools, with clear instructions and a video or support number available if you have any issues.

Alongside the usual features you'd expect from a crib that is bedside that include the ability to be connected to your bed using a stay-in-place connector system and six height levels The CoZee also comes with an additional incline option which can be used to help ease reflux or congestion in babies. It's also machine-washable, which is a must for all the dribbles and vomit that comes with having a new baby!
If you're looking to keep your baby close during the first six months as they're able to go to sleep on their own and independently, the CoZee is a great choice as it can also be used as a separate cot, changing table or toddler bed. With the addition of a sofa-bed extension pack, it could be transformed into a bed. And while it isn't able to feed your baby, or magically put them to sleep, it will rock them and send them off!

This is one of Chicco's most expensive models, but it comes with a lot of features. It can be used as either a side-sleeper, or a standalone crib that is suitable for infants ranging from birth to six months. It's easy to open and close the side panel using the new mechanism. It's also more flexible than its predecessor with 11 different height levels as well as feet that retract to place under any bed.
Our testers were impressed with the simple access the side panel provides that can be lowered and raised by pressing the button. This was especially helpful in the evening when feeding time was over, since they could reach inside and pick their baby up without waking them.
The side panel can be lowered on its own however, it's not advised as it increases the chance of your baby falling out of the cot. But, the patented safety locking mechanism means that it can only stay down when attached to the bed properly. This feature is great for peace of mind if you're breastfeeding and require frequent nighttime feeds.
Telescopic legs enable the Chicco Next2Me Magic to be used with any bed, including divan bases and beds with drawers. It also has tilting functions for babies with reflux and a rocking feature to help them sleep after feeding. It's also incredibly spacious and offers excellent ventilation thanks to its mesh sides.
The Next2Me Magic was easy to use and set up for our testers, despite the lengthy instruction manual. It's a bit heavier than some of the other side-sleepers, however it's very portable and can be moved from room room with ease. It can also be folded into a bag for travel which is a great option when you need to transport it. The only downside our testers noticed was that the side panel did not flex as much as some of the other models, which made it difficult to observe your child from your bed.

The Shnuggle Air bedside crib is a great choice if you want a crib that grows with your child. It's a sleeper crib that is securely attached to your bed and can be turned into a stylish cot when your baby is old enough. Perfect for nighttime feedings and enhancing the bond between you and your baby's new.
In contrast to other cribs for bed The Shnuggle Air is built with breathability in mind. The mesh side panels with dual-view and hypoallergenic, breathable airflow mattress allow for maximum airflow, keeping your baby comfortable and cool. The gentle incline helps ease reflux and colic. The zip-down side lets you to feed your baby, or even comfort them at night.
The kit for converting cots is also well designed, with clear instructions. It comes with everything you need. It took us about an hour to put together and was reasonably straightforward. The only issue was the absence of captions written on some of the pictures, which made it difficult to comprehend certain steps. Overall, the process was easy and the materials used were of high quality.
